Our Menu Includes:

• Management fees start at $150 per month or 7%, whichever is higher.

• Our leasing team charges 100% of the first month's rent.

• There’s a $50 admin fee per unit.

• Clients must maintain a $500 repair fund, replenished monthly if used.

• Consulting and Project Management services cost $50 per hour. We can help with projects for properties you're selling or assist in improving your current property management.

• We do not mark up repair costs; you pay the prices from our vendors.

HOA Management Includes:

• $75 per unit within the HOA.

• A $50 admin fee per unit.

• A required bank for agreed monthly bills.

Facilities Management Includes:

• Starts at $500 a month but usually is $1.25 per square foot.

• We offer full service management to churches, warehouses, and anything in between.
